Apply to damp face and neck. Gently massage your skin. Make sure you use upwards strokes from the bottom to the top of your face to stimulate blood flow and tone facial muscles. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use once a day on oily skin with a tendency to acne and occasionally for normal skin.
